Saltillo lndustrial Group decided to migrate its platform to Windows Phone phone with about 500 devices. The change that took place about 5 months ago, was because the company needed to integrate different solutions and Microsoft platforms with different models of phones with Windows Phone Lumia acquired: 520, 720, 820 and 920.
Grupo Industrial Saltillo is a hundred percent Mexican company with six business units and production plants operating in five cities, where they design, manufacture and market products for various industrial and consumer sectors. By having the company with production facilities in Mexico City, Saltillo, Guanajuato, Chihuahua and San Luis Potosi required to be reported most of the time, so they decided to migrate to Windows Phone.
“In Grupo Industrial Saltillo we carry out an assessment of phones with Andriod and IOS operating system; however, the team was more convenient Windows Phone, where high-end phones are more tools and communication benefits that are useful to the company, “said Victor Martinez, CIO of Grupo Industrial Saltillo.
In addition, security solutions and demonstrations were conducted with the phone, which made the company decided to migrate to areas of managements systems, CIO and technical decision makers to devices with Windows Phone.
